I threw a dinner part last week and for the pudding I was wanting to make champagne and raspberry jelly. As there was a driver I scrubbed that idea but since the weekend I’ve been wanting to try it.

My New Year resolution this year is to take time away from my computer (I run a web design company) and read more. I love reading but last year I just never really had the time to do it as much as I wanted.

I had a punnets of cherries to use up and some brandy that had been left over from Xmas cooking. The brandy was a cheaper brand and not good enough to drink on it’s own (according to the Fiance) so I had to think of something to make with it. Read the rest of this entry »
